Images that influenced my underwater concept

This image is from the 1954 version of 20,000 leagues under the sea, viewing this allowed me to see what the designers believed the divers' costumes should look like, this provided inspiration towards designing my own version with influences from more modern diving suits.

The silhouette image is of a more modern diving suit, I used this as a basis for creating my own silhouette diver in my concept that would serve as an idea of scale. This image also helped me identify the physics behind the movement and number of bubbles that occur when the diver hits the water.
